Staff was great but your online scheduling was was horrendous. It scheduled me for 2:30 pm and on your service rep had me scheduled for 9:30 am. I had a email proving I was right and he had a computer screen with his information. He did offer to reschedule me but that is the only time I had to get it done. I did not get out until 5:30pm. This was not the fault of your service department. They were all great to work with but you online scheduling is junk! Wasted my time and stressed out your service department!

Up till now, I have been very pleased with the Service Department at Palmen. Since buying my 2017 truck at Palmen I have had all of the service work completed by the Service department. For the first time I feel that I have been taken for granted. I had a choice when the transmission changed out, but I decided to pay extra and have Palmen do the work. Over $900.00 tp extract 2 bolt and install a new gasket seems excessive. Plus two other defiencies that they discovered were also steep price wise. Other recommendations you pointed out I decided to wait. Be assured that I will not be bringing the truck back with out checking around for better prices. I probably should have done this sooner. I have appreciated my relationship with the Service department, and I am disappointed that I will be looking to other resources to have work completed. Regards, Tom Morris 612-743-7112

I've had an on-going issue with my 2024 Buick Envista ST since 3/17/2025! The instruments revert to Metric upon startup! I've had many service trips to my dealership. They have replaced and re-programmed several Modules! The issue persists to this day! I'm reaching the end of the line on this issue!

I did not receive a phone call once my vehicle was done. I had to call after 1 pm only to find out that my oil change was completed at 9:30. The prices of the oil changes have gone up tremendously. I've never paid $100 for an oil change at Palmen. I will continue to keep going until I hit my free one and then will be changing it on our own. I normally receive coupons from GMC but since the coupons are not timing up when the oil changes are due, I'm stuck paying full price.

I literally had no plans to buy a car, but left with a new car and can't be happier. I came in to have my car emission tested to renew my registration. While we were waiting for the test to be performed we saw a GMC Acadia on the showroom floor and checked it out. Ali, approached us asking if we needed help. We explained we were just waiting on my car to get tested and we were not actually shopping for a car. He said no worries and continued to talk to us while we waited. Ali gave us his card and said feel free to give him a call if we were ever in the market for a new or used car. We left with our old car that still did not pass emissions and discussed what to do. We had a lot of work done on the car recently, at a different dealership, but it still would not pass the emissions test.We decided putting more money into a 10 year old car did not make sense so I spend the afternoon doing research on new and used SUV's with third row seats and compared prices. The Acadia had good reviews and the price at Palmen was good compared to other dealerships. Ali had been so polite, professional, and social while we waited for our car so we decided to come back after work and take the Acadia for a test drive. Ali showed us several options on new and used SUV's with third rows, understanding that buying a car had not been our plan he wanted to give us options that would fit our needs and our budget. In the end we decided to go with a new car and purchased the 2025 Acadia Elevation, which we love so far. Ali did a great job assisting us in this process. Ali was knowledgable, professional, patient, and easy to work with.the entire process at Palmen was easy and enjoyable! We never felt pressured by Ali and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. I also have to mention that the financing side of the process was just as easy and Zach was just as great to deal with as Ali. Zach offered us upgrades and extensions to the car we were buying, but again never made us feel pressured to add anything. He was informative, funny, professional, and knowledgable as well. The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend Ali, Zach, and Palmen to my friends and family if they needed to buy a car.

At 4:00 PM on 11-28-25 my 2017 Acadia developed some hesitation when starting. I checked the battery's condition with my battery tester and it failed, it needed to be replaced. At approximately 4:45 PM I called the Service Department and spoke with Randy. I explained my situation and asked, given the time of day, if it was possible to have the battery checked and replaced, it if needed. I was quite concerned given the weather forecast called for heavy snow that evening and into Saturday. Randy responded if I could get the vehicle there by 5:00 or shortly thereafter, that he could have a Tech check things out. Given I live 5 minutes from the dealership I was able to get there by 5:00 PM. Randy immediately wrote up a work order and had a Tech check the battery. It was confirmed the battery needed to be replaced. I really appreciate the Customer Service Randy provided and informed him how much I appreciated him getting me in on such short notice and at the end of the day and getting the battery replaced.. Randy responded he wants to provide all customers with the best customer service experience possible and wants to treat all Palmen customers just as he would want to be treated. Great job to Randy and the Palmen Service Team.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30a. I showed up on time for my appointment. I was told they were running a liitle behind. I waited 90 minutes and my car was just being started. My time is valuable. 90 minutes is not a "little" behind. I deserved a phone call to move my appointment time so I didn't have to wait over 2 hours to get an old change. That is what appointment times are for. I drive the 25 miles to your dealership because I purchased the car there. In the future I will just use a local place 10 min from my house.
