The XTS is plain and simple a larger vehicle. It measures 16 feet, 10 inches in length and just over 6 feet in width. Obviously, this difference translates to the interior of the vehicles as the XTS offers more head room, leg room and overall interior room than the XTS. And when it comes to cargo space, the XTS offers maximum cargo capacity of 18 cubic feet while the ATS offers 10.2 cubic feet. While the XTS is more car than the ATS, it also comes at a higher price – which could be expected. The only engine option on the XTS is the 3.6-liter V6 which still gets an impressive 28 MPG highway fuel economy. The ATS on the other hand offers several different engine options for consumers.
