A lot of the problems a car might have are not easily detected at slower speeds. Does the front end shake or vibrate when you’re going fast? #2: An important thing to notice is a vibrating steering wheel. At any speed, a vibrating steering wheel can be indicative of problems. #3: When you come fully to a stop and then accelerate,  are there any strange or unusual noises you notice? #4: When you start to speed up, do you notice that the car is pulling to one side or the other?
